At Tochimaya, we aim to deliver your products in a timely and secure manner. Please read our shipping and returns policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

All local orders in Singapore are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

International orders will be processed within 5 - 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Due to the nature of our shipment network, international orders will have to be shipped to an international warehouse for additional processing, hence a longer processing time.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout on Big Cartel.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Didn't get one? Make sure to whitelist us from your spam folder!

Tochimaya is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Tochimaya is not responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their local authorities. If a buyer refuses to pay these charges and rejects delivery, no refund will be issued.
